Lentoparkki
Lentoparkki is a parking operator that helps people park their cars at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The company has been operating for 30 years and is known for being a good choice for parking when visiting tourist destinations. It features more than 2,000 parking spaces.
Lentoparkki started cooperation with Devolon in 2012 to develop the company's CRM and loyalty system. The aim of the development work was to increase customer satisfaction and sales using tens of thousands of contacts.
After some time one more software was added to the online service and mobile application: booking a parking lot and finding a car after a trip.

The integration involves connecting the license plate recognition system to the loyalty program itself with the payment system.
